The Band:
Michael Bartolen is a critically acclaimed Slovakian guitarist who has made his mark on the Irish music scene as the guitarist for one of Ireland’s most promising bands The Fallen Drakes. He has shared the stage with artists such as Bon Jovi, The Commitments, Jamie Cullum & Gavin James.
Eoghan Scott is a seasoned musician, songwriter, and producer with over 28 years in the Irish music industry. Hailing from The Liberties, Dublin, and the renowned Black family, he grew up immersed in music. He began playing guitar at seven, later honing his craft at Coláiste Eoin, Ballyfermot College’s Rock School, and through lessons with guitarist Bill Shanley. A lifelong Oasis fan, Eoghan as the bass player for OAS1S channels that passion into capturing the raw energy & anthemic spirit of one of rock’s most iconic bands.
Eoghan has toured extensively with his mother, Frances Black, and performed alongside artists such as Calexico, Jimmy Webb, Sharon Shannon, Mary Coughlan, and Paddy Keenan.8 He has also collaborated closely with other family members, including Aoife Scott, Mary Black, and his cousins Roisin O and Danny O’Reilly of The Coronas.
Percussionist Darrin Bell originally hails from Canada, having played drums for a variety of original bands over the years covering a variety of genres. He racked up lot of travel miles playing for bands around Ontario and British Columbia, including a tour across Canada, before relocating to Ireland. Once in Ireland he continued to play in such original bands as The Red Rock Dogs, Xerosun, and The Dystopian Project, as well as Ireland’s 2024 and 2025 Irish wedding band of the year award winners, Groove Machine.
