Simon Morgan is regarded as one of Ireland’s best Opera Singers. Having collaborated with artists as world famous as Placido Domingo, Simon Morgan is simply one of the top Male Big Band vocalists in Ireland. A classically trained opera singer, he started out in jazz and toured the UK and New York with his acclaimed duo,

Tandem, headlining concerts in the infamous Don’t Tell Mama’s in New York as well as several large UK venues.

Now one of the top big band singers in Ireland, Simon works with musical groups from a single pianist to a jazz 5 piece and full orchestral performances with the likes of the RTE Concert Orchestra, with whom he performs regularly in Dublin venues including the National Concert Hall and the Helix. At home, in tandem with a flourishing opera career, he is much in demand at the top end of the corporate market as a big band singer, with guest slots at many high profile events and advertisement jingle recordings. In 2008 he undertook a Christmas big band recording project with Frank Mc Namara for release in the US.
