Niall Morris is one of Ireland’s best known classical singers. He has performed for the President of Ireland, The Queen of England and can boast of having duetted with former president Bill Clinton, who praised his singing as “the most

beautiful Danny Boy I’ve ever heard.”

As a leading member of the group The Celtic Tenors, he signed an international record contract with EMI Classics in 2000, had a No.1 hit in the German classical charts the same year and has performed with many well-known artists including, The Chieftans, Air Supply, Christy Moore, James Galway and Dionne Warwick. Niall was asked to sing at the wedding of Michael Flatley, of which the Sunday Independent wrote: “Tenor extraordinaire, Niall Morris, stunningly brought together La Boheme and Lord of the Dance.”

The Tenors went on to have their own coast-to-coast TV special in the USA and a top 10 hit in the classical crossover charts. while Niall’s recording on ‘The Last Rose of Summer’ was nominatedClassical Album of the Year at the 2002 Classical Brit Awards in the UK. His recording of the opera ‘Powder Her Face’ on EMI Classics was nominated for a Grammy Award in the category of Best Opera.
